SERVICE FOCUS

DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR WOMEN
  • 40% of the Women's Fellowship members (including Local Officers) are trained in Self-Development and Christian Leadership (example activities: PKW Training & Rally in 2 Divisions every year except Sultengbar region)
  • All Female Local Officers have a good understanding of their duties and responsibilities as Local Officers.
  • 80% of female Local Officers have had the opportunity to attend the Brengle Institute. Not just 'attending' but real life change. (example activity: Brengle OS in Makassar and Bandung in July 2023)
  • Women Officers further enhance their abilities and talents in the fields that God leads (for example: Counseling, Theology and Leadership). (example activities: Family Counseling & Mental Health Training for Women Officers in the Territory online which has been carried out May-July 2023; Trauma Healing Advanced Program in April 2024)
  • 1000 women actively took part to focus on the 'Preparing the Golden Generation' program.
DEVELOPMENT OF WOMEN'S SPIRITUAL LIFE
  • Improved family prayer altar (example activity: Monthly meeting with PPWD/R followed by PA)
  • Production of 'Bible study' manuals for women. (e.g. PKW Handbook produced annually and PA materials for PPWD/R (digital))
  • Providing a platform for career women to grow in faith, fellowship and service (Establishment of 'Junior Ladies Fellowship' in Corps that have not yet established it).
PROSPERITY AND SOCIAL JUSTICE
  • Increasing awareness of women to maintain personal, family and environmental health and hygiene.
  • Parents and adolescent girls are increasingly aware of the adverse effects of marriage at a young age.
  • Providing resources and training to women and their families for family economic security. (example activity: Helping Hands Fund project)
  • There is a significant and positive impact of anti-trafficking and modern slavery ministries.
